This unit is totally focused on fast track orders which gives priority to time bound requirements of the clients. The production consists of salesmen samples. Production capacity is of 15 000 pieces per month. The machine capacity is 40 and the total workforce consists of 60 employees.
This unit is focused on Woven and knit production. The total production capacity is 115 000 pieces. Specifically, 25 000 pieces each from tge categories Sleepwear, Tops, Bottoms, Dresses and 15 000 pieces of Denims. This unit occupies a machine capacity of 300 and the total workforce consists of 575 employees.

It is not an easy task. Pattern development involves with smart techniques, perfect technical skills, understanding the exact type of fabric and the knowledge of designing and interpretation. This is one of the most crucial parts of the garment manufacturing industry.
The sample making is a highly executed procedure. We place it in a major state in the process of designing the garments, since good sample making is the key to success. As to make sure proper way of making the samples, we follow all the three main phases, Design, Sales and Production.
Merchandising is an extensive process. It deals with both marketing and production. Merchandising is the process starting from arranging the needed raw materials to making the final product ready to go for the customer.
The marketing of a textile company is special since it is the process which deals directly with the products, customers and the new orders. Furthermore, the reputation of the company stands upon marketing, which we are occupied with the best marketing strategies.
